New Dental Patient Information – Marion, IN
Beginning Your Bruner Dental Experience
Our team at Bruner Dental can’t wait to get to know your family, and we look forward to your first appointment – hopefully just one of many to come. What can you expect when you first become a patient at our dental office? What can you do to prepare for your appointment so that it goes as smoothly as possible? Review the information below, and reach out to us if you have any additional questions or concerns that you’d like answered ahead of time.
Your First Visit
At your first appointment, you’ll meet our team and the doctor who will be conducting your exam. You and the doctor will discuss current concerns, and you’ll receive a thorough evaluation of teeth, gums, jaw joint function, and occlusion. A member of our team will take X-rays to aid in diagnosis of dental conditions and to serve as a baseline for the current condition of your teeth and the structures surrounding them.
Your hygiene appointment may occur at your first visit or at a subsequent appointment, depending on your needs.
Before you leave your first visit, the doctor will discuss treatment recommendations and go over the next steps.
